Straight Talk to Pastors and Christian Workers who are
NOT Baptised in the name of Jesus Christ?
For literally centuries Christians have been taught that water baptism was to be administered in the titles - Father, Son and Holy Ghost; however, we know that in the Bible and in the early church ALL water baptisms were administered in the Name of Jesus Christ, we know that water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ is a historical and Bibilical fact !
(See below, as well as the many Bible studies on this site for proof.)

BRITANNICA ENCYCLOPEDIA
Therefore, knowing the indisputable historical fact that ALL Biblical baptisms were administered in the Name of Jesus Christ…my sincere and heartfelt questions in the love of our precious Lord are these… 1) Why are you personally not baptised in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of your sins? 2) Why are you teaching others to be baptised in a manner that is clearly unbiblical and are based on the traditions of men rather than on the Word of God? 3) Are you allowing fear of what people might say or of what your denomination expects of you to keep you from doing what is biblically correct? 4) Did you know that thousands of pastors and denominational churches are being re-baptised in the name of Jesus Christ all over the world? 5) Did you know that “usually” your congregation can be re-baptised in the name of Jesus Christ without changing its denominational banner? 6) Did you know that once you are baptised in the name of Jesus Christ that you can re-baptise your congregation yourself? 7) Did you know that you can be baptised privately (secretly) if need be? 8) Did you know that water baptism in Jesus Name is for salvation and not for church membership? Therefore you can be water baptised in the name of Jesus Christ anywhere, at any time, in the strictest of confidence. 9) Did you know that you may have to answer these questions and more on the Day of Judgement? 10) What reason will you give to Jesus Christ when you are face to face with him, that you “refused” to be baptised in his name? Will it hold water?
These questions are not meant to be mean spirited or offensive but rather thought provoking. Time is short as we await the coming of the Lord and now is not the time to be quibbling over the traditions of men, but rather to return with all of our hearts and souls to the faith that was once delivered to the saints. Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth? |
